Dr Yu Xin (Eugene) Liew brings a wealth of international and regional experience to our team.

Originally from Malaysia, he completed his medical degree at Monash University before embarking on a diverse career that began in the challenging environments of rural Borneo.​

Since migrating to Australia, Dr Liew has practiced extensively across regional hubs including Mackay, Bowen, and Geraldton. His clinical background is deeply rooted in hands-on care, with significant experience in surgery and a strong foundation in Emergency Medicine gained during his time at Rockingham Hospital. Most recently, he served in Palliative Care at Kalamunda Hospital, an experience that reinforced his commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.​

Dr. Liew has a particular interest in clinical procedures and believes in a holistic approach to medicine, ensuring that every patient is treated as an individual rather than just a diagnosis.​Outside of the clinic, he is a keen sportsman who enjoys basketball and racquet sports. Above all, he treasures time at home with his young family.
